Preparation for discussions with your team
The following suggestions will help you plan a meeting with your team on the subject of values and ethics:
- Familiarize yourself with the content of this kit.
- Talk with your team about what their interests and needs are in connection to values and ethics.
- Determine whether this becomes a component of an already scheduled meeting or the content of a dedicated meeting.
- Prepare the materials, making sure you plan for interaction and discussion opportunities.
- Have fun! Meetings are a lot more productive if people don’t feel their time is being wasted, and there’s a component of fun and camaraderie.
